Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with AMOIRAI.  While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 12 days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds for any reason.  


Items that are worn, washed or altered including  

Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.                   

Items without tags, this includes liners on all bikini bottoms.                                                                                               

Exchanges received after 12 days of the original shipment date 

Any items marked sale will not be accepted for store credit or exchange 



In order to do an exchange, please call us, and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form attached to your receipt, and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange.  

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.   

Once we receive your return package, please allow 12 business days for your return to be processed. We do charge $5.99 for return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.   


If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone. Please note online credits cannot be transferred to use in store. 


AMOIRAI guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 45 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions.  AMOIRAI suits are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.  Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned as is.
